Leadership and People Development
We design and facilitate bite-size workshops and leadership development programmes, which are tailored to each organisation’s needs and values. We seek to understand your organisation’s development needs and the impact you are looking for and then tailor the workshops to deliver on these. The workshops include pre-work, interactive learning, group work and tangible action plans for each delegate.

Integro Executive coaching empowers you to find your own answers, as well as challenging and supporting you to develop and transform your career professional life.We focus on in-depth exploration and learning, to bring sustained change and achievement of your goals. The results-driven approach will focus on your development areas.
We will arrange a chemistry meeting with you, to discuss your objectives, give you an understanding of our coaching model and how the coaching programme works.

I’m passionate about enabling leaders to transform their careers and engage their team to increase business performance. I truly believe in the power and importance of employee engagement in building successful organisations.
I love coaching and seeing the impact it can have on individuals and their organisations. Its inspiring to collaborate with people to find their own answers, encouraging and supporting them to grow and achieve their goals.
In my spare time I love to be active (running, boot camp, cycling) and to be outside, spending time with my family and friends and finding new adventures. I have two children, Arran and Isla, and live with them and my husband, James, in North London.
With 15 years’ experience in International HR, leadership & talent development in high growth global organisations, I decided to take a leap of faith and set up my own company to focus on what I really believe in: Executive Coaching & Consulting to transform leaders and organisations
I have worked for global matrix organisations across real estate, construction, travel & financial services, with headcounts in excess of 75,000. I have experience in all aspects of HR, including change management, leadership development, project management and helping organisations grow at pace globally
